Our Policies
Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Moon
Bounce Busters reserves the right to cancel any reservation that,
in the opinion of the Moon Bounce Busters representative, it deems
a danger or jeopardizes
safety in any way.
Cancellation
Policy:
All cancellations, other than weather- related as describe in the
weather policy, must be made at lest 3 days prior to your event or
be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
Delivery
Policy:
Free delivery, setup, and takedown within 40 miles of our stocking
location in Stafford, VA. Otherwise the following delivery
fee shall be imposed: $2.00 per mile as determined by www.mapquest.com
Weather
Policy:
In the event of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel
2 hours prior to the event and not be charged a cancellation fee.
Equipment
will not be set up in the following conditions; rain, snow, high
wind, muddy conditions, or temperatures below 40° F.
It is strongly
recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your
event (such as a church, school gym or community center).
If you choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to
weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) and any equipment is setup,
the full rental price will apply.
Delivery Policy:
Moon Bounce Buster orders include delivery and setup within
a 40 mile radius of our stocking location. Mileage charges in excess
of
the
40 mile radius will incur a $2.00 per mile delivery charge. All mileage
calculations are base upon information obtained from www.mapquest.com.
